Bat-Attitude INC Return Policy

You may return all unused items purchased at Bat-Attitude Sports within 30 days of the original order. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Items that show signs of use will not be refunded and will be returned to sender.

If the item is returned for any other reason other than our error, or being defective, then you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

To return merchandise and obtain an RMA number simply log into your account and go to order history, follow the instructions there to begin the returns process.

We will issue you a refund within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
